Items usually take 3-5 weeks to be delivered in KUWAIT. And 4-6 Weeks to be shipped internationally to other countries.

Our Jewelry are only available for purchase ONLINE through our Smart Ordering System. You can see our items on our Instagram/snap chat accounts or request pictures/videos through our Helpdesk.

We do test all the items we get physically and by electronic devices to confirm the right gold karat and diamonds purity.

Yes you may test your items within 48 hours of receiving them. Test has to be done preferably by electronic devices.

You will always receive a tested and assured item by us. As we test all items before we deliver them. In case by any chance you have proven an item is not pure, we will exchange it for you or refund the full payment if requested.

You may return the item and get FULL refund of the amount ((excluding shipping cost)) if the item you have got is totally different than the original item and its flaws cannot be changed or fixed. you may also check our complete terms and conditions on the assosiated terms and conditions page.

Order can be cancelled without any penalty in case the client requested the cancellation within the first 24 hours of order time or before any payment is done.

 

In case the client requested an order cancellation within the first 3 days from order date and after the first 24 hours has passed.. 10% of order total amount will be deducted from the refund as a penalty of starting working on the order by the factory.

 

In case the client requested a cancellation of an order beyond the first 3 days from order date.. cancellation is not permitted and the client should wait for the order delivery as agreed.

 

In case an order took 21 days beyond agreed delivery date and the client did not agree for a wait and understanding of the delay reasons, the client may cancel and get a full refund.

Once you pay and order is confirmed immediately you will receive an email and SMS with order confirmation and detailed invoice of your purchase and personal details generated by Le Tresor Smart System. Beside the payment gateway or money transfer receipt that you have as an extra payment document.

No, you cannot return the item if the reason is only that you did not like it. We do return/Full refund only if the item had a MAJOR MISTAKE OR FLAW that can be noticed.

Items with minor mistakes, notices or flaws will be managed by Le Tresor return Team. We will pick up the item, fix it if possible or exchange it and return it back to you clear of any notice as soon as possible.
